    could have gone lower but still is good..how much weight was it?
    Bench = 235 Height = 5'9
    Squat = 355 Weight = 230
    Deadlift= 315
    Total = 905

    LOL, depth was fine. It was 500lbs.

    Alright check this one out. It's lower I think.
    It was almost exactly one year ago:

    500 lb. GM -summer 2006, body weight 260.
    30 lbs. heavier than my current weight.

    i think that one is lower. you look hy00ge in that video, ripping the armpits out of that shirt, haha. the fact that you weigh 40 lbs less and can push the same weight is awesome.

    Nice work HB. There are benefits of all depths as mentioned, but Poliquin and such say that a true GM is to have the bar hit a depth to where your bellybutton would be standing. So in reference to that video, it might be a little high. Nontheless, it takes A LOT of strength to do what you do and you're a beast. Great job!
