I recently started working out again after a lengthy layoff and I had a few questions about the Built's BGB. Mainly, I am not sure if I am doing deadlifts properly, and since it is such an important (and easily damaged) part of the body I was wondering if you guys could give me a few pointers.
I based my last attempt at deads on
and I have been pretty sore since. It could just be sore because I haven't hit the group so hard before, but I don't want to take any risks at this point.
Also... I don't like rack pulls.... are shrugs a good substitute for them?
