    Some bands and front squats

    My first time ever using bands and I was kinda shaky as you can see. I missed depth a few times but i'm not too concerned since it was only the first time using these babies. Let me know about any form or suggestions you have.

    BTW, one thing I notice off the bat is that I am GM'ing it too much. I need to sit BACK into the squat. Maybe reduce the weight abit next time on DE Days and go from there.
