What are the best articles to learn how to squat, DL, and do good mornings with proper form?

Man I find it very hard to not curve my lower back forwards when I bend all the way down on deadlifts, and idea how to fix this?
Also is your upper body supposed to be perpendicular to the floor at all times during a squat? As I go down would it be alright to bend it a little forward?
