For my post workout meal I have nonfat milk with lemon lime gatorade and vanilla whey then later I have a nice big meal with a bunch of proteins, fats, and carbs.
But I'm not very clear on what to eat preworkout? Is it strictly carbs? Is it ok if there's a little protein or fat with that or what? Like would say a granola bar be enough? Or say oatmeal with milk?
