Has anyone worked out how many calories/protein/fat are in a cooked in olive oil chicken breast? I'm looking for post cooking #'s. I have a recipe that I like that involves lightly frying 3 average size boneless breasts in olive oil in an iron skillet, chopping them up, adding in 2 chopped boiled eggs, about 1/2 an average (fist-sized) onion, salt, balsamic vinegar, 4 tbsp olive oil, mustard, and about a 1/2 (or more) cup sharp cheddar cheese. I can figure the #'s for it all, but I know the chicken #'s have to change somewhat since they're fried in oil. Anyone have a guess as to what the break down is for this meal? It's really good BTW.
