So far i've enjoyed doing it and i enjoy all the lifts on it and can easily finish the routine in 1hr (except maybe Saturdays) ...but I just wanted to know if there were any weaknesses in it. I was given a basic routine in this thread: http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=96966 and I've modified it since i got my stamina up to speed and my schedule's opened up a bit.
it was initally like this:
Mon: (40 mins)
Bench Press 4*5
OH press 3*5
Thu: (45 mins)
Pullups : 4*5
DB lunges 3*5
Sat: (gym day)
then i (gradually & eventually) modified it to become like this...
flat db bench 2x6-8
incline db bench 2x6-8
db flys 1x6-8
OH press 2x6-8
db rows 1x12-15
*at least 1 warmup set on each exercise
lat pulldowns 2x6-8 (2 warmup sets)
seated cable rows 2x6-8 (2 warmup sets)
pec deck 2x12-15
db walking lunges 1x8-12
*1 BW warmup set for lunges
hamstring curls 2x6-8
calf raises 2x6-8
i like having the sqats & the deads on the same day because that's the surest days i can be at the gym and i dont want to miss out on those lifts.
anyway, i just wanted to know if i was still on track considering the modifications i made.

Energy levels afterwards? on just monday or all the days? pretty exhausted & lightheaded on all the days, i would say. feel like throwing up once i gulp down my shake. don't think i could do any more....i reckon.
