The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Dip Belt

For a while now I've been just holding a dumbell in between my legs when doing dips and chins. However, while doing chins today, I realized with heavier weights it gets difficult and annoying. I'd rather not worry about having to keep the dumbell in between my legs, and actually worry about doing my chins. Because of this I am thinking of getting a dip belt. What exactly do you guys use and what would you suggest that's reasonably priced?

Does this one look good? I also notice BB.com has a few others as well (link). Do you guys think any of those ones would be a better choice?

Would a fabric belt be a better option than a leather one?

I guess leather one is more durable but fabric one is easier to carry and to put it in a bag.
