    Order of WBB1 training exercises

    Didn't see this in the WBB1 FAQ.

    Should the exercises be peformed in the manner that they are listed, or should I perform same muscle groups straight through (e.g. all ham exercises, all quad exercises, etc.) or alternate?

    I find that my muscles give out sooner than usual if I train same muscle groups consecutively -- perhaps I answered my own question?

    Order they are listed. You'll find the most taxing exercise is first, follow by smaller movements.
