    Thoughts on my new routine?

    I had been following a routine similar to WBB1 with decent results, but I came up with a new routine vaguely similar to wbb1.1 that I think may work better. What are your guys thoughts on it?

    Lower Day 1
    Deadlifts
    Front Squat
    Pull Through
    Calf Raises

    Upper Day 1
    Bench
    Incline Bench
    Dips
    Cable Rows
    Close Grip Pulldowns
    Shoulder Press
    Curls

    Rest

    Lower Day 2
    Squat
    Leg Press
    Lunges
    Good Morning
    Abs

    Upper Day 2
    Chinups
    DB/BB Bent over row
    Decline Bench 2 sets
    Cable Flys
    db lateral raises
    Close Grip Bench

    Rest

    Rest

    Repeat

    O and it will be sets of 4x5-8 for bench, squat, dl, and 3x5-8 for everything else
