1 cup cottage cheese (note: used lf, ff, or whole depending on goals)
1 cup milk
1 package fat-free, sugar-free JELL-O instant pudding, any flavor (I like butterscotch or cheesecake)
Place cottage cheese in food processor and blend until smooth (about 2 minutes). Add milk and continue to blend until well mixed (an additional minute). Add package of ff, sf JELL-O pudding and continue to blend until well mixed (about 2 minutes). Divide equally into two cups. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Enjoy.

Per Serving: 200 calories, 3 g fat, 25 g carb, 19 g protein
Note Most of the carbs come from maltodextrin in the JELL-O. Good for when you just have to have something sweet but don't want to blow your diet entirely. It's VERY filling.
