    Back.Biceps.

    Chest.Shoulders.Neck.

    Triceps.Legs.

    Looks good to me. Personally I'd do legs on their own and back on it's own, but hey, that's just me.

    Pick one of the routines here, they'll do ya good.
    Age: 34
    Height: 5'5
    Weight: 195
    Body Fat: 30% (from an online measuring formula)
    Goal: get to 170, be 15% bf or lower, and to eat a healthier diet
