I want to go on an only chicken diet, I remember a quote from a bodybuilding website where it said something about eating the same food over and over.
Anyway, I have these chicken wings that taste incredible. Here are the nutritional facts:

Per 3 Chicken Wings:
9g fat
20g protein
160 cal

I'm thinking I eat 9 every meal. And for carbs I'm going to eat whole wheat bread and drink juice.

So that would be(per day)
180g of protein, 81g fat, 1440Cals + the bread and juice. which should add to around 2500cals.

Now this may not seem like a lot to you guys, but I'm 5'10" at 140lbs, I think I can gain off this. Is there any downside from eating only chicken?
