Does a high calorie day affect you right away? I mean I'm not a SUPER slim guy that can eat everything in sight and not gain weight.....but I've just started to bulk this past week and my weight has been staying right at 172. The thing is that I am getting plenty of protein (140+ g/day) and eating a lot. Shoot yesterday I had 3400 calories.....but at the end of the day I was down a tenth of a pound.
So how long should it take for me to start seeing weight gain?
