The only problem is you consider eating 1 scrambled egg a meal. I eat 6 every morning while on a cut.

Scrambled eggs or scrambled egg whites? Scrambled egg whites are great - and so are the yolks if you can afford the fat and calories...yum yum eat 'em up.

you can actually do it with the egg shells themselves, crack it open then transfer it back and forth from each side of the egg shell until the white seperates from the yolk.

i put 2 jumbo eggs in with some fat and cholestrol free egg whites. 2 table spoons = 1 egg of egg whites in a carton. usually i get an extra 15 grams of protein of egg whites with 2 jumbo eggs. with some milk and maybe a banana and your g2g.

I scramble 3 eggs with yolks and egg whites and pull out egg whites out of 2 eggs and throw those 2 yolks away. Add about half a cup of cottage cheese, scramble them up. I like it salty so I salt them. Heat the rack up and prepare them on olive oil..... Yummmmmmmmm I start to drool when I talk about this but its just delicious man.

I'm on a BULK but I will never stop eating this breakfast even on a cut!
