    Full Body routine check.

    Hey all. Quick question. How does my full body routine look? Good volume? Exercises?

    W-A------------Heavy-----------Light
    Full Squat------3x4-6------------3x4-6
    Bench----------3x4-6------------3x6-8
    1 Arm Row-----3x6-8-------------2x4-6
    CGB------------2x6-8------------2x6-8

    W-B
    Deadlift--------3x3-5-------------None
    Standing OH----3x4-6------------3x6-8
    Neutral Chins---3x4-6------------AsManyAsPossible

    Week 1----A(L)B(H)A(H)
    Week 2 ---B(L)A(H)B(H)

    Cheers!

    Legs and lower back are worked twice a week as well as triceps and shoulders.
    But chest is only hit once a week and so is the upper back.
    I'd put chins in the place of the one arm row, and put dips in the original place of the chins.

    Heavy, Light - What are you trying to accomplish?

    WA:
    1arm row replace with bb row
    cgb replace with dips

    WB:
    add weighted lunges
    Starting over...
