    High intensity training...

    Ok i dont know if I've been blessed or something, but no matter how hard i push myself, I can say that i never wake up the next day sore or nething to say that i had a hard workout.

    Ill give you an example of a chest day:

    Bench Press: 75lbs: 15 reps + (warm-up)
    Bench Press: 175lbs: 10 reps (usually till exhaustion)
    Bench Press: 195lbs: 6-8 reps
    Bench Press 205lbs: until exhaustion

    Incline Bench Press: 75lbs: 12 reps
    Incline Bench Press: 115lbs: 10 reps
    Incline Bench Press: 150lbs: 6-8 reps

    Just to shape the chest a bit:
    ____________________
    Pec Flies: 25lbs: 12 reps
    Pec Flies: 25lbs: 12 reps

    Sometimes, depending on how my chest feels, Ill do 2 sets of push-ups.

    Ok after all that i'll have a decent pump, but the next day I dont feel it.

    Am I just blessed with a great recovery system?
