    Inner thighs rubbing

    Does anyone else have a problem of their inner thighs rubbing together? I find it is a problem mainly when I'm running or on hot days.

    Is there anything I can do to prevent it or alleviate the soreness?

    Yep. Having 32" thighs will do that to ya. May I suggest baby powder...?..

    I have the same problem. I'm a bit knock-kneed so that adds to it.

    I use baby powder and lately longer underwear, I think they are called boxer briefs. They keep the skin to skin contact down to a minimum.

    Playing 6 softball games in 90 degree weather kicks my ass as well (or my thighs).

    I'm wondering if UnderArmour boxer briefs would help......

    Gold Bond helps a little afterwards.......

    ya the underarmor stuff is pretty good, or just get any kind of sliding shorts and it gets rid of the problem.

    I eventually just got used to it. Your skin will toughen up where the thighs rub together and you'll forget about it.

    Gold Bond powder works great. Burns a bit at first (in my experience), but it does the trick. Vaseline works, too. Of course it can be a bit messy, though (use a light coating and it should be fine). I prefer the Gold Bond powder. And yea, I switched to the boxer briefs and they worked wonders. Also, when you're in a position to do so, air it out as much as possible. It'll dry out the area and help it to heal.

    Yeah. There are two hairless spots on the inside of my legs where the thighs are rubbing together, but I'm used to it now.

    I had the same problem and wearing boxer briefs helped out a lot. I find boxer briefs way more comfortable than regular boxers anyway.

    Yep, boxers will do the trick. I hate the tight fitting ones but the loose fit boxers are great.
