TKE's are apparently good for rehabing knees...anyone try them? How well do they work, and how many reps, sets should I do?
Weight:~160 @ 13-15 bf%?....starting figure after nearly a year of battling CFS/mono...so not too bad imo.
Don't know anymore..don't care atm.
I do them before and after my workouts, usually 2 sets to failure on each leg.
Two sets to failure? Seriously? What are you using for weight? I can't imagine doing them to failure.
I do them fairly often when warming up for a couple of sets of 20 or so reps.
I like these alot ...Igenerally do 3 sets of 10 with a 5 second hold under tension

I shouldnt say failure....but near failure basically. I was reading some Q&A on elitefts.com and they said due to the muscle type (forget which), this exercise should be done to near failure. I use a green band for these.
By the way I do these for rehabilitation purposes.

Ok, I'll go with that. I usually use the lights or greens, too.
