Ive been here quite a while and just been reading mostly and learned a ton here. Suppose its time to start a journal to help keep track of my progress and get some more help from the WBB community.
Heres a little backround:
Im 16 years old and going to be a junior in the fall. About 5'9 and a half and 175 pounds. Pretty lean and got lucky on genetics I guess and have always had good definition(hopefully I can get some pics pretty soon...) In football im a RB and my defense position is yet to be detirmined. Always played linebacker before but size wise I may be suited better for DB this year. In track im a sprinter. So obviously with those postions/races one of my main goals is lower body strength and explosion. We have a pretty good and detailed football workout plan so thats what I lift off of.
I work a full time manual labor job during the day. At 1st I was almost to tired to lift afterwards but I got used to it and I feel normal lifting. (hey now cut me a break, working all day is alot tougher then sitting in a desk all day like I was used to for the last 9 months)

Squats- 5 x 265, 5 x 300 5 x 300 6 x 320(It was 5 but I had a little left and nailed an extra rep)
Incline Bench- 5 x 145, 155, 170, 170
Hang Clean- 3 x 135, 155, 170, 170
Pullups 3 x 8
7-21's(a form of bicep curls) 3 sets.
Dumbell bent over rows
Team workout at the end:
2 sets of pushups
2 sets of situps
1 set of leg raises(feet 6 inches off ground for about a minute)
Caught some kicks and punts afterwords. Ran some routes. Pretty wiped out right now.
