The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Bad things happened and now I have my motivation back...

Apparently, my car decided tonight that it wasn't enough of a POS, and my window motors are shot, which is going to be at least another $200 to drop on my already worthless car. This is after I spent $600 to have my brakes and tires fixed because some F****** A****** put the wrong tierod on my driver side tire.

But on the plus side, I have rediscovered the rage that drives me to succeed. And here I was, afraid that I had lost the ability to call forth the anger that I have meticulously built up over the years.

Congrats. Put that anger to good use. Sorry about your car though. =[

$1200 to fix both windows and my air conditioning. Because things weren't going badly enough already.

The rear differential in my truck is being rebuilt as we speak for the low low price of $1600. But on the plus side I get a sweet red mini-van to cruise around in all weekend.

I wish we had a bus system out here in the burbs, but unfortunately I need a car or I would get rid of this POS ASAP.

My bus pass costs 50 bucks a month. That's 1/24th of what you just paid to make your windows go up and down and cool down while still being able to hear the radio (the only reason I can come up with to not have the windows down rather than run an airconditioner).

Feel the rage. Use the rage.
