lately, Ive been doing my upper body in one days workout, once a week; but now I'm looking to split it up. I need an intense workout for half my upper body in one day, like lots of chest and lots of bi's and tri's in one day, then lots of back and shoulders another day. whats a good combo of excersices for an upper body split twice a week?
thanks Kal but Im looking for more like what excersices for chest, tri's ect, how many sets of each exercise. which Im thinking about 4-5 sets with 4 reps for first set then 6-8 reps for 2and 3 set then 10-12 for the forth and maybe fifth set.
