I Know if I did some reserching I could find out but I wanted to get everyones opinion on it. I usually do cardio about 4 times a week on the tredmil or eliptical pretty high intensity for about 20 min. which I know isnt the best for gaining mass which i am going for but I am in the marine corp and fitness is a pretty big thing and the pull ups and crunches are easy on the PFT so i was just wandering when would be the best to do cardio. Pre Workout? Post? or in the morning seprate from workout maybe? I usually lift around 6 after I get off of work. So maybe during lunch time? Also swimming as cardio any thoughts on that?
