    i dont know how to merge the two pic posts, so i cant get them side by side, but i can see an improvement myself between first pics, and my most recent..

    4 or 5 months since the 1st pics i think

    about a month and a half/2 months since the set in my sg were taken

    was 10.5 stone (i think) when the 1st pics were taken

    11 stone for the ones in my sig

    and im 11.5 now...

    i dont know what that is in kilos, i know that 11 stne is 70kg though

    Probably means they developed as though they've been worked out for a longer amount of time.

    I'd say EAT and pack some more mass on that chest and thicken up some, unless you like the really skinny type builds. Just my opinion

    I think you'd be ballin' though if you thicken up
