Make sure you have adequate rest between workouts. If not it will hinder your results.
sorry to bother yall agian but what kind of rep scheme should i use for this. I was thinking of doing 5x5 or 4x6 for deads,squats, and bench and 3x8 for the rest of them what do you think?
That sounds good I also like staying 6-8 rep range for chest and other littler muscles as for squats also have been doing 6-10 rep range but i have done the 5x5 before and seen great strenght gains with it. Hope that help some
Keep it relatively low 3/4 sets, 6-8 reps.
Hi, buddy right now I am coming off a summer of crappy training. My diet has been horrible, and I have been drinking like a fish. Sad, considering I am a personal trainer, and I spend 40+ hours per week in a gym. However, I have been going through some body injuries and not to give much effort in any work either taking rest most of the timer in a day. I figure my first cycle would be a good way to give me a boost, and get my out of the rut.
