I am 172 lbs, 6'3 and have a tone body with minimal body fat (unsure of %). I would like to work out 3-4 times a week for a maximum amount of of hour and half per session. I also take creatine 500 (ATN) and nitrean (ATN) post-workout. I consider myself an individual that watches what they eat carefully however, I am in college so a lot of my diet is limited to the cafeteria food and on the weekends I drink my fair share of beer, liquor.
If you need more information to recommend a routine, just ask!
Any information would be appreciated unless it is someone criticizing me in a non-constructive way. If I wanted that, I would just ask my brother!

how much time have u been training?? can u add weight to bar in every workout? every week?
what programs did u try until now?? and how were they??
I've been training for about 4 months but haven't been doing it as seriously as I want to. I don't believe that I am being as productive as I should be.
I can add weight to the bar ever week if I go down in one rep when I increase. Then the following day, go back up on rep with the new weight.
Basically the program that I have done up to now is as follows:
Cable Cross 3x10
Hammer Curl 3x10
Dumbbell Row 3x10
One Arm Pulldown (Tricep) 3x10
Side Turn (ab)
I didn't work my legs because I broke my hip and under doctors reccomendations, I shouldn't do lower body excercises.
Usually on the last set, I would go until I couldn't go anymore, which sometimes was anywhere from 7-9.

not being a dick or anything but this is like the 3rd or 4th guy in like 2 days that cant do leg workouts. Everyone seems to injure themselfs to were they cant do legs. Why dont people break an arm or something LOL hope nothing happens to no one really. I prolly just jinkxed myself
