I am 172 lbs, 6'3 and have a tone body with minimal body fat (unsure of %). I would like to work out 3-4 times a week for a maximum amount of of hour and half per session. I also take creatine 500 (ATN) and nitrean (ATN) post-workout. I consider myself an individual that watches what they eat carefully however, I am in college so a lot of my diet is limited to the cafeteria food and on the weekends I drink my fair share of beer, liquor.
If you need more information to recommend a routine, just ask!
