I alot of times take naps about an hour n half before i got to the gym due to my work I dont get off in time to take a nap any ealier. I dont always nap just on days I feel really wore out. I was just wandering if anyone had any opinions on this or when would be the best time to take a nap and or if its even good to take one before a workout. Also how long should a nap be. I usually take a 20-30 min nap sometimes i feel worse afterwards though. Anyone willing to throw in some opinions or thoughts on this?
