    My Cut So Far

    Well It has been four weeks now since I have begun my cut....I am down from 177 to 165 today.

    I have been stuck around 165 for about a week and a half now can't seem to drop below so I am decreasing cals a little and increasing cardio.

    Here are my stats for the last month:

    Carbs: 192 714 35%
    Fiber: 13 0 0%
    Protein: 166 663 32%
    Alcohol: 0 0 0%

    I have adjusted my diet for the last week and I am currently hitting between 180-200 protien 70-75g fat a day and around 160 carbs fiber is also up to around 25-35.....

    I would like to drop to 160 I think that would put me about 10% body fat but just can't seem to get those last five lbs to come off. I started taking thermocin about two weeks ago and hasn't seemed to help me budge. I will hopefully post pics of progress this weekend!

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated protein looks really low becuase over fourth of July holiday didn't eat even close to enough proteins. It through my average WAY off.

    What I usually do when the weights stuck for a while is bump up protein and drop carbs equally. Works for me.
