Best breakfast while on a cut??

what is the best breakfast when you are on a cut,

yesterday i had a protein shake with oatmeal, and today i had a protein shake with a bagel and peanut butter. with the bagel i feel way to stuffed and i hate feeling stuffed when i am cutting, and not to mention the bagel is 60 grams of carbs im fearing its way to much for one meal.

Whatever works for you. My staples of cutting for breakfast are:
1/2 Cup Oat, 1 scoop nitrean, 3-5g fish oil
1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 banana or some melon or some almonds
3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup salsa

Anywhere from 300-350 cals, 30+g of protein, and fill me up till lunch.

Whatever fits your overall macros and allows you to stay true to those macros during the day.

    What is your calorie,macro intake?

    Thread title edited.

IZWAR, in my opinion there is no single best breakfast for you while you're on a cut. It depends totally on what your goals are, what your BF level is, your own preferences, etc. There are no magic meals.

If you feel stuffed from eating a bagel, don't eat the goddamned bagel. That's not hard to figure out.

If you want more useful and more detailed responses from people on this topic, I suggest that you post your weight, approximate BF%, and current diet plan for starters.

You track it and see. The "I think I'm getting..." is your first problem. Use fitday or some sort of tracking method to see what you are really getting. Track your cals and weight for a week or two and then you can see what you need to be getting.

I guess the answer to the OP should be depends on your goals, and approach of a cut...also what your current macros are (accurately not estimated)
