Daily Amount Of Fruits & Veggies...

ive never really focused on taking in the right amount of fruits and veggies daily. i am really going to focus on that as well as cardio at this point. ive been told to include 5-7 servings of fruits and veggies each day. any suggestions of diet plans that include plenty of each? also is it totally safe to ear regular produce or should i go organic?

    25 g? Weak built....weak.

I get like 40+ easily everyday. It becomes routine after a while.
    Complication breeds desperation.

If i dont watch myself and limit my veggie intake, i can reach 60-70g easily on most days.

does "juicing" fruit or turning it to puree take any nutrients from it? also is there certain fruits that are better than others?

also nobody answered my question about organics?

if you can afford it, organic is better some cases. Some cases it doesnt matter, like bananas.

I prefer eating my fruit than drinking it. If you use a juicer, there is high chance you will lose the fiber.

Berries are considered the best fruit in terms of packing a nutritional fruit. In terms of taste, I love mangos. Bananas are good source of carbs and potassium. Apples help in satiety. Pineapples are tasty.

Yeah its horrible not likeing fruit.

    Organic good, but expensive.

I thought you were suppose to get 1-3 servings of fruit?

Eating a lot of veggies to become 'fuller' a way to go? I eat a lot, and I'm starting to restrict myself to get into a mindset of dieting. I know some will say if it fits into your fitday why not? But can I get more than a generic answer?

You can't eat enough veggies on a cut. Don't restrict veggies on a cut, it will make your cut much more difficult.

The more I eat them, the more I like them. I've always liked veggies so it's not a acquired taste.
