275x1 - This is my normal warm up..i'm sure you've all figured that out
315x3 (alot harder than I thought)
Had a test today and no caffine. I hit 335 on squat for a PR today. I was going to go for 315x5 but wasn't feeling it. This put me in the 1000 club. niiiiiice. deadlifts were done for speed and to get some blood flowing to my lower back. Test friday, hitting the gym hard again on saturday.
