Great squatting, man. 315 at the ground had to be tough. You'll get it within a couple more weeks and it sounds like you already know that. Make sure you lower back isn't rounding at the bottom of those ATGs. Solid little Deadlift session in there too.

Coke, Bri: Thanks for the support guys, schools getting rough these days, but i'm holding on.

    Bench: (With accessories)

    Bench:
    135x8
    135x5
    185x5
    --------
    240x4
    240x4
    240x4
    240x4

    Seated Military:
    135x5
    135x5
    135x5
    135x5
    135x5

Good workout, I was suppose to bench 240x5x3, but I was only able to get it for 4 reps on the first set. I tried for 5 again on the second, but could only get 4 so I figured I would do 4x4 instead of 5x3. Today was a total set PR. I've never benched 240 for that many reps for that many sets.

I only had an hour to workout because class started at 12:30 and 11-12:30 was the only time I was able to go to the gym today. I used seated military as an accessory movement but did 5x5.

I hope to hit 240x5x3 for next week, squats and back tomorrow or friday.

    Lower/Back

    Squats:
    barx8
    135x5
    135x5
    --------
    225x5
    225x5
    225x12
    245x5

    pullups:
    bw+10x8
    bw+10x8
    bw+10x8

Today wasn't bad. 225x12 took it all out of me. They were all ATG Oly squats. 245x5 was not bad after 225, but I was pretty dead. During my pullups I think I pulled something in my lat so I stopped for the day. I'm hoping it should be better by tomorrow. Bench on sunday.

Like the way you went all out with the squats after warming up and all...see you're slowly climbing with pullups.

Hey bro, happy belated birthday. I remember being 22, that was a good age, enjoy it. You do realize your bench is creeping up on your squat there? Better get a move on it, lol. Seriously though, 240x4x4, what have you been eating? Solid, man, just solid.

I wanted 240x5x3, hit it for 5 reps once which is ok but could only get 4 the next two times. I'm going to deload on bench the next two times (225x5x3 the first and 235x5x3 the seond). Row's felt good, military was heavy, but reped out 3's with speed.

    squats/dl tomorrow.
