Any word on Peters, haven't seen him around for a while as well?

Training solely on weekends is not too bad a deal, would be better off if you could add a day, say Wednesday for example - I did that exact bit for a time when things got real hectic for me and it worked real well.

    Coke,

I can go during the week, it would just be at 6 am. As soon as the University starts classes, I'll be back to a 4 day schedule. For the time being, I don't mind weekends only. It allows me to rest up and really give it my all on the weekends. I haven't seen any strength loses with the routine, while I have noticed that there is some room for improvement.

The real key to what I'm doing is to not go out and get **** faced on friday and saturday. That's the hardest part for me, but we'll see. A few more months of this and then back to 4 days.

    Saturday:
    Warmup:
    225x5
    225x5
    230x4
    205x7

    Pullups:
    bwx8
    bwx8
    bwx8

    OH DB Press:
    70x5
    70x3
    60x6

    Seated Row/Dips
    Lat pulls downs

    Sunday:

    Squats:
    warmup:
    225x8
    275x3
    284x4
    275x4
    225x7

    Deadlifts:
    315x5
    335x5
    355x1

    Shrugs:
    315x8
    315x8
    315x8

    Legpress:
    5ppsx8,8,7,7

I had 2 pieces of pizza on friday for dinner and had 7-8 beers, that didn't help my training for sautday. I was pissed off at my self for not being better about the situation. I didn't go out on saturday, stayed in, ate, and relaxed. Sunday was much better of a day.

We do what we got to do, just try to stay on top of it all so you can really make greater strides this fall.

It is what it is bro, one of the weekend workout days may suffer a little - but you should enjoy your life.

quick update, i noe go to the gym at 6 am tuesday wednesday anmd thuirsday. i also go on sat and sunday. During the week i'm doing a chest, back and legs day while on the weekend i do push and pull.

It's hard to keep this journal up with all the huge changes in my life, but i just won a laptop at work, and now i have a computer.

workouts have been stale recently, i've been going through the motions. Trying to find the right motivaytion to really push it to a new level. It's been an experience learning how to deal with working full time and fitting everything in. The one nice thing about work is that I donb't move a lot. Eatting is constant .

    Bench:
    warmup:
    230x5
    230x5
    255x1

    standing DB Overhead press:
    50x8
    60x5
    60x5

    -----
deadlifts: pitbull style (I liked the way he used to pull)
    315x5
    315x8
    315x3

    Pullups/ bb row:
    bwx8/135x8 x 3

    ----

    Previous Squat Day:
    Squats:
    warmup:

    145x2
    155x1
    165x1
    175x1
    185x1x2

    Coke,

I hear you there, I was just extremely lucky in a rafle! That being said, thank you for the continued support!

    Bench
    warmup
    225x5
    245x3
    255x2
    235x4

    pullups:
    bwx8
    bwx8
    bwx8

    Standing Military:
    125x5
    125x5
    125x5

T bar row and super seated row:
    3ppx8 / 100x10
    3ppx8 / 100x10
    3ppx8 / 100x10

    Lat pulldown:
    80x10
    80x10
    80x10

Today was a good day, going to work at 6 am during the weekl has paid off. 225 on bench went up really fast, figured I could push 245 for 5, but wasn't 100% up to it. Tried for tripple after that.

    Tomorrow is squats, i'm excited.

Coke: Thanks for the kind words bro, I really appreciate your support.

    squats:
    warmup:
    225x5
    275x3
    305x3
    315x1

    Deadlifts: [Pitbull Style]
    225x8
    315x5
    335x5
    365x3
    405x0

    Legpress:
    6ppsx5
    7ppsx3
    7ppsx3
    7ppsx3

Squats felt strong today. After 305x3 I wanted to give 315 a shot. Really figured i could pull out a double, but i was beat from 305. deadlifts felt great today, I've changed from conventional to semi-sumo. It added the fun back into deadlifting, using this style I feel that my form is 100% better.

My new split is as follow

    Tuesday: Chest
    Wednesday: Back (Deadlifts) - Max
    Thursday: Legs (Squats) - Reps

    Saturday: Horizantal Push and Pull
Sunday: Squats - Max - Deadlifts - Reps

I'ver been doing this for two weeks now and I'm seeing some good things. Pull ups and back exercises are moving up, while squats and deadlifts seem to be benefiting from the 2 days a week instead of one.

    225x6
    225x2

    seated db press
    60x10

    bwx8
    bwx8

    Deadlifts:
    warmup"
    315x3
    365x1

I wanted to bench 225x6x2, something didn't feel right on the second set, so I took it easy and stopped. Wednesdays workout looks lame, but I haven't pulled 385 in some time. 395 is next week. Rep squats tomorrow, big days are saturday and sunday.
