Thanks Coke! I really am seeing a difference from going during the week and on the weekend. One new thing that's been awesome is the pitbull style deadlifts i've been doing. I don't really know what else to call them, semi sumo would be more technical, but it has really put the life back into deadlifting for me.

Awesome day today, My original goal was 315x3, but today was max squat day and I decided to throw 5's on the bar and hit another double. Today was one of the best days I've had in a while. I'm excited for the next few weeks, I really want my 315x5 on squat back and I really want to be pulling more than 400 again. My bench is much further along in the game than the other two, I would really like to catch up.
