Thanks! I guess the squats are O.K, I don't want to get too comfortable with them..otherwise I'll be O.K where I am with my training and I really want to be at the next level. I know that takes years, but I have lots of time ahead of me! I've also been trying to eat more, lots more.
OH BD Press:
I was going to do fast triples in the high 100's, a few in the 200's, but bench felt really strong today and I took advantage of the situation....as those days are rare! Deadlifts tomorrow.
