    Today was awesome. I was debating on whether I should go for 315x8-10 or try some heavier weight. Heavier weight won out, 355 went up smooth, but I was a little high on the depth. Nailed 365, I almost wanted to put another 10 lbs on the bar, but I decided to rep out 315 instead and get some extra volume in. 315 now feels like 275 use to.


    I stepped on the scale to and it read 188 . Bench is on the back burner at the moment, I could care less about the movement. Main focus has been shoulders and back and bench once a week to keep the horizontal press.

    OK so I wasn't able to go to the gym on wednesday, but that was propbably for the best. I felt like **** on thursday and friday. Both days I tried to eat more food than normal. Friday night I bought from icecream, smoked a bowl, and drank some nyquil. I slept 12 straight hours and felt great today.


    My goal was to just go to the gym and do some light exercises, but my friend who's a bodybuilder was there and pushed me to do some exercises i never do.

    Took it easy today with squats and deadlifts. Wednesday I'll be back in the swing of things. 225x15 wasn't really a rep workout, more time under tension. I listened to Chris Mason on that radio show. I liked the ID of keeping the weight on your shoulders for as long as you could and doing reps ever 5-10 seconds. This really took a lot out of me.


    I'm really trying to work on my chest, tri's, and shoulders, I've put in a lot of extra work for my back and legs. Time to throw in some extra accessory work for the above.

    Different workout again! I One of the people I work with use to play college football, he's a monster. He invited me to go to the gym, it was his circuit day. Had one of my best bench days in a while. He ended up not doing legs and I needed to squat. 315 was OK, I was tired from the rest of the workout and decided to do front squats.
