Hook grip sucks but it is very useful for sure. Nice work Cards, especially on the OH press PRs from a few days ago.

Thanks Fooz, it's 80 give or take at the top. A true 405 at the bottom, as for my max deadlift 435 lol. Ive really been focusing on squats and today 405 felt the lightest it ever has. I'm going for 440 next Saturday.

Good day, definitely could have done more on squats, but kept it structured and to my goals. I was suppose to max deadlift, but I just don't care. I like the high rep at the moment, everything seems to be working so why change it.

This was a tough week, I worked 9-7 and 9-8 most days, put in a good 8-9 hours of overtime, spent close to 53 hours in the office. Felt good to take out the stress on some heavy squats. 500, here i come.

I'm going to Mexico on April 27th for a trip that I won at work, that will be my deload week

    Bench:
    45x15
    65x15
    85x15
    95x10
    105x10
    115x10
    135x8
    135x8
    145x3
    155x3
    165x3 - Pain

I was very tired today, my girlfriend had a formal last night and I was worn down from squats and deads yesterday. I cheated a tiny bit on the 185 OH with slight leg drive, but I'm going to count it as it was not a push press by any means.

I always wanted to do floor press for ME, but my chest'/shoulder wont allow it. I took the concept and applied it to my overhead pressing, it really worked the shoulders hard.

Bench is getting better, 135 didn't have any pain today, I slowly worked up until it felt uncomfortable, then stopped. I'm hoping in another few weeks/month I can get back into benching.
