Thanks, Fooz. I've read a lot of "If I could do it over, what would I do?" threads, most people said to let injuries heal!

So, that's what I'm doing. Hopefully I should be back at squatting full strength ASAP.

Hamstring felt good today, definitely think by next week I should be 100%.

I currently work out at Golds Gym now, I'm on my companies plan and only pay 10$ a month. When I squat there I get the craziest looks. It's like people have never seen bands or 400+ lbs on a bar.

There are a lot of bodybuilders there, but I'm definitely lifting the most weight in terms of squats and deadlifts. Everyone just does the bench press...but that's cool with me, leaves the squat/power racks and deadlift platforms open for me!

it's fun being the top guy in the gym, huh? hahaha. You'll see some people squat - but they go down about 4 inches... you NEVER see anyone deadlift though. The gold's gym in my area is pretty small and crappy. How do you like it? I'd rather lift with a bunch of buddies in a basement
