Short on time - Made DE legs a focus today, missed my session yesterday due to Valentines Day. Assisted Dips are moving Along, started on 12 a couple of weeks back, up to 8, should be BW in about a month with no pain.

Squats felt awesome, really need to focus on glutes/hams.

Long day today, had to fit my workout in towards the end, wasn't so bad. Dips with no pain was awesome, minimal to no pain on bench. I'm not 100% better and still a ways away until my bench is back up and running full speed, but everything else is moving in the right direction.

Good day, I'm trying to apply the "through the tunnel" idea from MobilityWOD. Also, he talks about spending time in the receiving position and felt that pin press would be an excellent start to today and I was right.

I've had some really good chest days, pain wise, and plan to keep it up.
