Thanks, Terry. If I can move in any way shape or form, i'll be at the gym! Drinking is no excuse, that's for sure.

Agreed! It's been a tough 8 weeks, I'm excited for my deload next week. I bet had I deloaded, not drank like a fish, and ate better I could have had that 405! Lucky, I have another...60+ years of doing this

Very tired, back was tight, but speed felt great! GMs this saturday for ME, deload next week followed by testing my deadlift. New belt feels great, it's already breaking in, but I sweat like a truck.

Need to start upping my food intake, I want 200.

Yeaaaaaaaaaa buddy. I went in today very nervous, but right off the bat everything felt fantastic. 440 was fast, 470 was faster than 440, and I destroyed 495. I held it at the top for a good 10 seconds and was just smiling while looking in the mirror. Tried 515 because 495 went right up, but I worked myself up too much on the 495 and was just too mentally drained on the 515.

Onto the next 9 week cycle! Testing squat after this next 10 weeks.
