    I love tennis. I'm pretty good for never playing lol. I also took a tennis class in college and won the doubles tournament the last day the of semester haha.

    hell yeah, my roommate plays and so does my gfs roommte. great way to get out there and get some conditioning in.

    Felt good today, I think I finally may be over being sick. 355 wasn't max, but they were good solid reps over 80% with shins @ 90 degrees or more for some good glute activation.

    Very true, Terry and I appreciate the words. when it starts to feel a little too heavy, I switch to normal grip. Already dropped 245 on my chest before from full lock out, don't want to do that again!
