Last week I tweaked my trap out doing pressdowns of all things. At first just my trap felt like crap but then the right side of my back going from my trap down my seratus remained sore and strained. Not long after I now feel what I can only explain as kind of a burning sensation in a small area of my back on the right side whenever i stretch my lat out a bit be it going to grab something or doing whatever. It feels like its on fire and kinda like a muscle about to tear but I'm no anatomy or sport science major and I dont really know for sure what a muscle about to tear would feel like. Just curious if anyone has any idea what the problem could be.
