    Where on earth did you hear that hypertrophy workouts have to be done in the winter? Of course you can go to the gym in the summer.

    I think you mean that people typically "bulk" in the winter and "cut" in the summer. The only reason this is done is so people can be lean during beach/short sleeve season and, if they are going to put on some fat while bulking, they'd rather do it during the winter.

    But, this is nothing more than personal preference.

    Other than that, it makes absolutely no difference what season you try to gain muscle during.

    Lots of ppl said me that;

    At summer;

    - U cant eat enough protein, carbonhydrate and fat.
    - Ur body looses lots of water.
    - U cant work hard (with heavy kilos)
    - Ur body dont store energy at summer.

    And these kind of things.

    I just came from holiday and i wanna go to gym and work hard while using amino acid, drinking 4-5lts of water. And eat enough protein,carbs and fat.

    Can i gain muscle mass at summer if i appy those things?

    Or is it dont matter at winter or the summer? (For hypertrophy-bulk-gain muscle mass)?

    Sure, you can gain mass during the summer. For a lot of people the extra weight gained during summer will cause them to sweat a lot, which is a downside.

    Only thing is that your body will sweat more in the summer. Besides that everything is the same year round. Why wouldn't you be able to eat enough in the Summer?

    ^^ well in order to gain size you must eat a lot. Most of the food you probably won't have a desire for. The time of year doesn't affect that.

    Here's what you want to do.

    track everything you eat on www.fitday.com for a week or two to find out your maintenance calories. From there adjust a couple hundred cals until you start to gain ~1 -1.5 lbs per week. You can get a bunch more info in the diet and nutrition section.

    Then when your diet is in line, you want to find a well rounded routine such as BGB or WBB.

    There are no vacations from bodybuilding. Work hard year round (with occasional breaks) eat alot and get rest.

    These people you're listening to... stop listening to them.

    Winter or summer, it doesn't matter. Everything is equal. Start eating and lifting.

    C4N, you've had access to this forum for 9 months and only have 15 posts. Generally, someone who posts less than twice a month would only broach topics that are thoughtful and interesting.

    You've asked, and I quote from other posts:
    "How to eat?" (Entire thread dedicated to this)
    "will i get fat if i eat popcorn 2 days a week or once a week?" (Other entire thread created by you)
    "can u explain more about sweat?" (Bastardized offspring of a question created by this thread that you so cleverly named "hypertrophy workout at summer.")

    Dude, you're 17-18 years old. Use the ****ing search function and start reading.

    Perhaps I expected to much of you to use the search function. For that, I apologize. Let's get the basics covered first before moving onto anything drastic.

    I don't know whether I should be impressed with your general acceptance of yourself or be annoyed that you're never going to get it.

    I feel like Homer when he tries to insult Ned.

    Homer: Oh, that's it; you just can't insult this guy. You call him a moron and he just sits there grinning moronally.
    Ned: Hi, neighbor!

    Dude keep posting all you want. But when we tell you that you can eat during the summer, drink water during the summer, workout during the summer and gain mass during the summer.... just like you do in the winter.... Just accept it.

    If you have any questions which are not seasonally based, feel free to ask them.
