Hi, first of all , i searched whole forum but i couldnt find any answer to my question.
I'm doing this sport for 8 months. I knıow that hypertrophy wokouts should done at winter but i have lots of time now and i wanna go to gym and work.
- Can i gain muscle mass if i go to gym at summer, and eat enough protein, carbonhydrate, fat, supplements and drink 4-5 lts of water?.
Im planning to go to gym 3-4 days for a week. And im thinking to use ultimate nutrition amino gold.
- Can i gain mass or will i be overtrain nad loss muscle??
