I'm gonna start using the WBB routine (slightly modified for a few exercises) but what I was wondering is if on the off days I did cardio would it slow down my growth?
Cardio would be just running,cycling and bit of boxing drills

I'm doing the same starting Monday. The only growth I'm going to lose is fat. Let's hope so.
If you are cutting i would do cardio...but if you are just doing it for helth reasons i still think it's a good idea. But then you would have to increase your calories, which shouldn't be a major problem. I would say go for it, if you really want.
depending on your goals you might not want to do the cardio, if your just looking to get really big and worry about BF% later, then skip the cardio b/c unless diet and training is perfect, it will hinder your growth either a little bit or a lot, depending on calorie intake..
