when doing your bench where does it come into contact with your chest, mine is about my nipples but is that right? i hear alot about being to high or to low, does it limit my success with the exercise, targetting the pecks?
Bench: 1RM 235lbs
Mine touches around bottom of pecs top of abs. Right at the sternum.
Current: 34 yrs. old 5'10.5'' 192 lbs.
Goals: 195 lbs. 12% bf by dec.09'

when doing PL style, it hits right below nippy level.
I aim right for the sternum... Any lower and it's no good in IPF competitions.

Right at the bottom of the rib cage. If it hit up by my nipples that would tweak the heck out of my shoulders.
