    Routine Advice

    Heres my routine, its a slightly modified Billstar/Madcow advanced 5x5 routine. Just wondering what you guys think of it.. I think I may be hitting my back too much but it might be alright because its different areas of the back.

    Monday
    Squat 5 x 5
    Bench 5 x 5
    Power Clean 5 x5
    Pullups 3 x 8
    Abs 3 x 8

    Wednesday
    Squat 5 x 5
    Deadlift 3 x 5
    Military 5 x 5
    BB Rows 3 x 5

    Friday
    Squat 5 x 5
    Bench 5 x 5
    Power Clean 5 x 5
    Chinups 3 x 8
    C.G. Bench 2 x 8
    Curls 2 x 8
    5'7
    180

    bench - 245 x 2
    squat - 315 x 5
    dl- 355 x 1
    goal - Bigger Faster Stronger

    You're not going to be able to do power cleans after benching and squating. I tried to power clean after benching on Friday, and my form was complete crap with only the bar. It's a very technical lift, so do it first, and probably only once a week.

    Also, I don't think it's a good idea to squat 3 times a week. Maybe rotate some stuff around to make it work with twice a week.

    Bako- good point about the power cleans but as for the squating the weight is going to be signifigantly lower on wednesdays and will be ramped on fridays so I think it will be alright with a day of rest in between.

    Ecfootball- I haven't tried this routine but im most likely going to start it today.
