The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Please take a look at my cutting plan macros

    I am 5'7.5 and 200 lbs.
This cut is based on the percentages from the sticky from Built.
I will be using the Baby Got Back 4 day split routine.
My Maintenence according to the average of several online calculators is about 2500-2600.

    It looks like so:

    Lifting/HIIT 2200 calories(Lifting M,T,TH,F HIIT W,S):
    37% protein, 203g
    36.5% fat, 89g
    26%.5 carbs, 145g

    M1:
    Protein- 35g
    Fat- 22g
    Carbs- 7g

    M2:
    Protein- 35g
    Fat- 22g
    Carbs- 7g

    PreWorkout:
    Protein- 35g
    Carbs- 56g

    PostWorkout:
    Protein- 35g
    Carbs- 56g

    M5:
    Protein- 35g
    Fat- 22g
    Carbs- 7g

    M6:
    Protein- 35g
    Fat- 22g
    Carbs- 7g

Each meal is about the average I'd like to get. The harder part would be mixing and matching foods to get be the desired amount in each meal, obviously. Does this look like it's a good plan thus far? Please any suggestions at all would be great.

    Off day 1900 Calories(Sunday)
    33% protein, 156g
    52% fat, 110g
    15% carbs, 71g

Hey there - you mean macros, right? The percentages don't matter - just the calories and the macros. I don't use percentages.

Individual meals don't matter either, outside of "hit up the carbs after lifting".

Your macros look good, deficit looks fine as does the plan.

Don't forget the fish oil (read issue I of get built for more on this - I take 10g a day).

    Good luck on your cut!

Oh okay, macros, changed the title

Thanks Built, this entire plan pretty much came from your posts and I appreciate all the help.

Also I won't worry so much about balancing out all of the meals as long as I get my carbs in around lifting time.

    Thanks alot.
