Who is Lyle McDonald?

Lyle McDonald

Lyle McDonald is a supposed expert and guru (blech) on nutrition and training. Well, that's what he tells his mom anyhow. He is the author of three books: "The Ketogenic Diet", "Bromocriptine" and his most recent book "The Ultimate Diet 2.0".

After several years of being a lazy sack of crap, he set up his own website (www.bodyrecomposition.com) where those books can be ordered. He also has a forum where he gets to be abusive to dumbasses that ask questions that are answered directly in his book. And that's always good.
