Creatine Caps - The Convenient Way to Gain Muscle and Strength

by Chris Mason

Creatine Caps from AtLarge Nutrition are a convenient way to supplement with the most researched and proven lean muscle and strength supplement in the world.

Creatine Caps contain Creapure® German micronized creatine monohydrate. Creapure®, as its name indicates, is one of the purest creatine monohydrates in the world. This purity helps to preclude the bloating that so often accompanies the use of inferior creatine monohydrate products.

The market is flooded with a myriad of creatine variations with each one supposedly better than the rest. According to Richard Kreider, Ph.D., chairman of the Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation and Director of the Exercise and Sport Nutrition Laboratory and Center for Exercise, Nutrition & Preventive Health Research at Baylor University:

"No data indicates that any of these forms of creatine increases creatine uptake to the muscle better than creatine monohydrate."

Virtually everyone can benefit from the supplementation of creatine as it helps to build lean muscle tissue and strength (when combined with resistance exercise) which are vital to long term health and improved body composition. Creatine may also promote good health via an antioxidant effect.

Life is crazy! We are all so busy that taking the time to mix or blend supplements can simply be prohibitive. Creatine Caps are ideal for today’s fast paced lifestyle. Just pop a few caps, take a swig of something to drink, and you are good to go!

Whatever your physical goals:

- To be bigger.
- To be faster.
- To be stronger.
- To get in the best shape of your life.
- All of the above!

Creatine Caps can help you to achieve them. Whether you are a man or a woman, supplementing with Creatine Caps is a great choice! Get yours today!

Train Alone? Or Strength In Numbers?

Another great thread by Travis (he is on a roll!). Are you able to keep motivated, move through your workout and continue to push yourself to new levels training by yourself? Or do you succeed better when you have good training partners around you who have similar goals and drive?
