How many times do you guys stretch when working out? I usually stretch for a couple of minutes before the first excercise of the body part im working out and thats it.. should I be stretching before every excercise?
I don't stretch before lifting, just do light warm up sets. I stretch afterwards though.
I also do warm up weights for every excercise. Do you stretch after every excercise or after the complete workout?

For squats/deads I warm up, and do some light stretching. before and in between sets. If I don't loosen my muscles I can't get my form correct. For other stuff like benching/etc I don't do anything till after.

I stretch briefly before, and stretch longer after.
